Community Resources

Professions North/Nord (PNN) provides a much needed service to Northern Ontario communities who are plagued with shortages of skilled labour, high turnover/out migration, low population densities and remoteness making services hard to access, expensive, and often unavailable.

PNN works in collaboration with all major communities in Northern Ontario through their economic development bodies; with Contact North for service windows outside of the major centres; with educational institutions (Laurentian University, Ryerson University); and with many other organisations such as career resource centres and newcomer services.
